• Weddings & Parties:
    LV Nails Spa is perfect place to host a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday,
    corporate events or just get together with your friends, family or co-workers!

    For hosted parties of 5 or more, a 10% service change is applied. This includes set up
    and clean up time before and after services. We can help arrange catering service and
    provide glassware and plates. A 20% gratuity is automatically applied to each service.
  • Gratuities:
    If you are please with the service you have received, it’s customary to give a gratuity to
    each of your technicians. Gratuities are accepted in cash!
  • Appointment:
    We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to
    accommodate your specific scheduling request. However, walk-ins are always welcome.
    A major credit card is required to hold an appointment of service more than $50.
  • Cancelation Policy:
    Due to the high demand for appointments we require at least 24 hours notice when
    canceling a treatment. There is a 50% change for cancellations made less than
    24 hours in advance; a full change for no shows. For parties of 4 or more, we require
    at least 72 hours notice.
  • Gift Card Policy:
    Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and are non-refundable. Lost or
    stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • Service Guarantee:
    We want you to be happy. That’s why we take great pleasure in the quality of services we
    provide at LV Nails Spa. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us
    know and we will gladly work to ensure your happiness.
  • Return Policy:
    Unused merchandise may be returned with a receipt within 10 days of purchase for
    exchange or store credit. All sale items are final.
  • Payment:
    We take all major credit cards. Checks are not accepted.
  • Service and price are subject to change.
